TIFA Connect is the operating platform we use to run TIFA Life. Currently supporting 60+ young people across 30 properties, two years live across South Wales. Care plans, rota, commissioner reporting, finance, placement health. One platform. Built inside the operation.
TIFA Connect is the operating platform we use to run TIFA Life. Currently supporting 60+ young people across 30 properties. Over 150 supported since opening. We are now opening it to twenty other providers.
No case studies yet. No customer logos yet. That is the deal. Founding partners get a 3-year price lock, direct input into product direction, and a working relationship with the founder.
If you want to be customer number 47 on a platform that has stopped listening, this is not for you.

Most supported accommodation software is a patchwork of features bolted onto a 2015 database. The teams building it have not run a service. The product reflects that.
TIFA Connect is different. It was built by people who run a live supported accommodation operation.
Every feature exists because it was needed in the field, not because a product manager wrote it on a wishlist. Every workflow mirrors how supported accommodation actually works.
We did not build software and look for customers. We built an operation, built the platform that scaled it, and now sell that platform to providers who want the same trajectory.
Every other supported accommodation platform stops at the staff dashboard. TIFA YP is the companion app for young people in placement. Daily check-ins, goal tracking, rewards, messages, and emergency support.
Built with young people aged 16+ in supported accommodation, for young people aged 16+ in supported accommodation. The voice of the young person captured directly, not paraphrased through a key worker note.
This is data your commissioner has never seen before.
TIFA YP. IOS and Android. Included with all tiers.
45 operational processes across 5 pillars. Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, ad hoc. Tracked, scheduled, owned. Inspector-ready, every day.
Most supported accommodation providers run on instinct and Excel. TIFA Connect treats operational governance as a first-class feature. Every recurring process, from referral pipeline checks to LA relationship reviews to commissioner reporting to audit prep to finance reconciliations, is scheduled, assigned to a named owner, tracked against due dates, and rolled up into pillar-level compliance scores. Your registered manager gets a single dashboard showing what's done, what's overdue, and who's accountable.
Process Library. Operational governance treated as a first-class feature, not a bolt-on.
Most providers track LAs in a spreadsheet. TIFA Connect treats every commissioner relationship as a managed pipeline. Meetings logged, referrals triaged, tender deadlines tracked, relationship health scored. The next contract is what funds the next five properties. We built the CRM that wins it.
TIFA Connect is the operating platform Michael Border and his team use every day to run TIFA Life. Every feature exists because we needed it. Every workflow mirrors how supported accommodation actually works.
See the Welsh-specific features: Reg 80 reporting, NTS-funded UASC support up to 25, all 22 Welsh LAs in the CRM.
For Welsh providers →Most supported accommodation software is priced and structured around running a small service. TIFA Connect was built inside a provider that grew from one property to thirty, and priced for the providers who want to do the same.
Most supported accommodation platforms charge per property. The bigger you get, the more you pay just to run the same service. TIFA Connect charges per young person and per feature, not per property, so adding a property doesn't add to your software bill. Only adding capacity does.
The Process Library exists because compliance fails at scale without governance. The Commissioner CRM exists because the next LA contract is what funds the next five properties. The auto-generated reports exist because a provider running thirty properties can't spend three days a month writing them.
This isn't software designed to keep small providers small. It's the system we used to grow from one property to thirty.
TIFA Connect includes an ATS built specifically for UK supported accommodation. DBS, Right-to-Work, references, contracts. Tracked, scored, and inspection-ready. When a candidate is hired, they're in induction the same day. No re-entry. No separate platforms. No gaps.

Switching plans we've designed inside TIFA Life cover discovery, setup, migration, and go-live, for moves from incumbent records-only platforms, spreadsheets, Word documents, WhatsApp, and custom tooling. We'll write the same plan for you before you commit. Five working days is the target. Ten if your data is messy.
We audit your current stack and map every workflow, covering rota, care plans, reports, on-call, finance, and safeguarding. Written migration plan delivered within 24 hours.
We configure your environment with your branding, your property list, your young people, your staff, your local authority contacts, and your statutory document templates. No work for your team.
Care plans, risk assessments, staff records, historical commissioner reports, and twelve months of incident data move into TIFA Connect. We handle the data import; you review and approve.
Your team trains in two ninety-minute sessions. The platform goes live across your operation. Your first commissioner report auto-generates on the next 1st of the month.
Your current vendor's contract ending soon? We time the migration to your renewal date. No double-paying. No gaps in service.
Real-time placement visibility, 30-second commissioner reports, Outlook two-way sync, late-payment auto-alerts. See what TIFA Connect means for Local Authorities.
For Local Authorities →Per young person. Not per property. A provider with 8 properties and 40 young people pays £399/month on Growth. With legacy per-property pricing at equivalent functionality, they pay over £1,200. No minimum contract. 30-day notice period.
Automated commissioner reporting for providers who want LA-ready outputs without replacing their full stack.
Up to 20 young people

Most supported accommodation software falls into one of two categories. The first is records-only platforms. Daily logs, support plans, incident records, regulatory reports. These do one job well, usually at a low monthly price per property. The second is older domiciliary care systems retrofitted for supported accommodation, with visit-based workflows that don't quite fit the way a placement actually runs.
TIFA Connect is in a different category. It's an operating platform built inside a live supported accommodation operation. The records and logs work to the same standard as a dedicated recording tool, and on top of that the platform includes the LA & Commissioner CRM, the Process Library and operational governance, the Recruitment & ATS, the Finance & Placement Economics module, and the Placement Health Score. These don't exist in records-only platforms.
If you're a single-site operator who only needs daily logs and reports, a records-only tool may be all you need. If you're scaling, winning new contracts, hiring staff, managing finance per placement, protecting against audit risk, you'll end up bolting four other tools onto a recording platform. We built one platform that does it all, because we needed it to run TIFA Life.
Most providers go live in five working days. We handle data migration ourselves. Care plans, staff records, historical reports, twelve months of incident data, and we time the switch to your existing vendor's renewal date so there's no overlap or gap. See "From current stack to TIFA Connect" above.
TIFA Connect is built primarily for unregulated supported accommodation providers serving young people aged 16+ including UASC, with UASC funded by NTS up to 25. That covers care leavers, looked-after young people, and young people transitioning to independence. We support providers operating under the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 and equivalent frameworks. The platform is also used by providers operating under the 2023 English Supported Accommodation Regulations. If you also run a regulated personal-care service, TIFA Connect can support your operational workflows, but it is not built primarily around regulated-care frameworks.
All data is hosted on UK and EU-West infrastructure with full UK data residency. We are ICO registered and UK GDPR compliant, with Cyber Essentials Plus certification pending. Founding partners receive UK data residency guarantees in writing.
You own your data. If you cancel, we provide a full export within five working days. Care plans as PDFs, staff records as CSV, historical reports as PDFs, raw data as JSON. No lock-in. 30-day notice period across all tiers.
We don't run a self-service trial. Supported accommodation data is too sensitive for that model. Instead, founding partners get a paid pilot. One property, one month, fully configured with your data, at 50% of the standard rate. Before committing to the full platform.
Yes. The TIFA YP App is included in every tier. Core, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise. Both iOS and Android. Onboarding the young people takes around fifteen minutes per YP and is supported by our team.
TIFA Connect has a dedicated on-call module. Welfare check schedules, missing person protocols, night check recording, escalation chains. All built in. The on-call lead sees a single dashboard view of every property, every check, every overdue alert, in real time.
TIFA Connect natively integrates with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Calendar, SharePoint document storage), Xero, Sage, BACS payment files, and standard SMS/email providers. Open API for custom integrations on Pro and Enterprise tiers.
Built by Michael Border and the TIFA Group team in South Wales. Michael is the founder and Managing Director of TIFA Life, the supported accommodation provider that uses TIFA Connect as its primary operating platform. The platform is built by people who run a supported accommodation service every day.
TIFA Connect is primarily a placement and support management platform, not a clinical care system. For young people who self-administer with prompting, the platform supports basic medication recording. Providers who need full MAR (Medication Administration Record) workflows for regulated personal care are usually better served by a clinical care system in addition to TIFA Connect, or by waiting for our forthcoming clinical module.
First 20 providers to onboard get a 3-year price lock at the rate at signup, direct input into product direction, dedicated implementation support, monthly product calls with Michael, and discounted onboarding (£500 instead of £1,500).
